This Privacy Policy explains how Nathan Barnwell, an individual trading as a sole trader under his own name (ABN 54 311 441 714) (“I”, “me”, “my”), collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit n-8.ai and its subdomains, including aiready.n-8.ai (the “Site”) or book a call with me. I am committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What information I collect

I keep data collection to a minimum. I may collect:

Booking information: When you book a call through my scheduling tool (Cal.com), you provide details such as your name, email address, and any information you choose to include when booking. This is collected and processed by Cal.com on my behalf.

Analytics information: I use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. This may include your device type, browser, approximate location (derived from IP address), pages visited, and how you arrived at the Site. This information is generally aggregated and not used to personally identify you.

Communications: If you email me or contact me directly, I collect the information you provide in that communication.

I do not collect payment information through this Site, and I do not sell products or take payments on the Site.

Information We Collect Through the AI Readiness Assessment

When you use our free AI Readiness Assessment, we collect the information you provide in the quiz. This includes your first name, your business name, your industry, and the answers you give about how your business currently operates. We also collect the email address you provide so we can send you your report.

How We Use This Information

We use your quiz answers to generate your personalised AI readiness report. We use your email address to deliver that report to you and, where relevant, to follow up about the free consultation offered at the end of the report. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Who We Share It With

To deliver your report by email, we use Resend, a third party email delivery service, which processes your email address and report solely to send it to you. Our booking system is provided by Cal.com, and we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, as described above. We do not share your quiz answers with any other party.

Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have provided at any time by contacting nate@n-8.ai.

How I use your information

I use your information to:

• Schedule and conduct the call you have booked;
• Respond to your enquiries and communicate with you;
• Understand and improve how the Site is used;
• Comply with my legal obligations.

I will not use your personal information for purposes unrelated to those above without your consent, unless required or permitted by law.

Cookies and analytics

Some of these providers may store or process data outside Australia. By using the Site, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and stored in other countries.

How I protect your information
